(Information courtesy of The Team DDP Yoga Experience Podcast with Ross Raymond, So tune in on Tuesday, April 28th and listen to Eric's story and get inspired to own your life. Within six months of doing DDP Yoga, his labs had all normalized. Being a wrestling fan Eric checked it out right away. Eric was skeptical but was blown away when she told him that it was done by Diamond Dallas Page. His wife then told him to try this yoga she found. High cholesterol levels and other issues were damaging his body. So it came as a shock when his doctor told him that he was going to die.

Weight training and martial arts were his bread and butter. Inspired by his dad, Eric has been into fitness his whole life. On this edition of The VDown, we welcome DDP Yoga warrior Kal-El Skylander or also known as, Eric Young.
